Why was my card declined?
Your card may be declined due to incorrect details, insufficient funds, bank restrictions, or security reasons. Try again or contact your bank.
Do you offer buy now, pay later options?
Yes if eligible! You can use Shop Pay Installments at checkout to split your payment into smaller, manageable amounts.
Why am I seeing an extra charge on my card?
Some banks place a temporary hold or foreign transaction fee. This usually disappears in a few days. Contact your bank for details.
My payment went through, but I didn’t get a confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still don’t see it, contact us with your order details, and we’ll help you out.
Can I change my payment method after placing an order?
No, once an order is placed, we can’t change the payment method. You may need to cancel and reorder with your preferred method.
