At lululooking, we offer free shipping to the USA and Canada only! We want to make your shopping experience smooth and enjoyable, so here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Customs and Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes. Please note that we are not liable for any delays caused by customs processing

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is delayed, check the tracking details first.
  • If you believe your package is lost, contact us at support@lululooking.com, and we’ll assist you.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing, and changes are not possible.

Shipping 

  • Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.
  • If you need to make a change to your shipping address, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, processing begins immediately and there may be instances that your shipping label has been created and cannot be changed.
  • If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, please email us at support@lululooking.com , and we can begin the process of reshipment. The customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost.
  • What happens if my order is returned due to an incorrect address?

                    You will be refunded for the order in the form of a gift card, minus the        shipping fee

  • Can I change something about my order and/or cancel it?

              Once an order is made, no changes can be made. Including the item(s), and/or personal information. So please be sure of your size, color, and make sure to provide the correct address before placing an order.
